Cheryl Meril's been a resident of the Nob Hill community of San Francisco since 2003 and became a Notary Public for the State of California in October, 2008. Ms. Meril became a certified member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and in 2009 a Certified Loan Signing Agent. Ms. Meril is also a certified Electronic Notary Public.

In 2008, Ms. Meril became a bonded Registered Process Server for the County and City of San Francisco. Ms. Meril is a 2009 attendee of acclaimed author Tony Klein's Process Server Institute certificate seminars.

After ten years of acquiring experience in legal and technical document processing at major law firms including Pillsbury, Kirkland & Ells LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP,
Ms. Meril obtained her Paralegal Certification with a 4.0 GPA from the fully accredited National Paralegal College in December, 2008.

Ms. Meril keeps informed of the latest Notary Public law updates, developments and technologies as a member and attendee of the annual NNA conferences which provide valuable educational seminars. In 2009, Ms. Meril obtained NNA certificates of attendance for their Identity Proofing and Trusted Enrollment Agents Certificate Program, Notary Best Practices Certificate Program, and Build Your Own Track Certificate Program.
